Allen is originally from Minnesota where he got his start editing video announcements for his high school morning show.   The students were entertained, but he got in trouble with this teacher for making them too silly. 

In college he received a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and Electronic Arts.   

He has currently works for Universal Music Group working on Music Videos and Social Media teases. He has done everything from entertainment packages, comedy shows, reality shows, documentaries, and even surgery videos.

Allen is very comfortable the reins on a project, but he is also very collaborative if the client prefers to be more involved.  It all depends on what the client is more comfortable and happy with.
